Absolutely — I strongly recommend it. That’s exactly what I did. Once your pipeline is steady, you can leave your current job confidently.
2. How much is real estate school?
When I started in 2002, it was $500.
Today, it’s around $99 online.
The State exam is $15.
It has never been more affordable to enter this industry.
3. Should I wait until I’m licensed to begin training?
No — and that’s where most new agents make their biggest mistake.
You will start training with me while you’re in real estate school, so the day you get your license, you’re ready to start earning immediately.
