Your responsibilities are expected to be;
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive advice on cannabis strains, effects, methods of consumption, and safety procedures to customers.
- Package orders accurately and timely within the inventory room.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the sale of cannabis.
- Manage inventory levels, organize product displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and the medicinal benefits of cannabis.
- Stay informed on the latest cannabis news, trends, and products to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Our ideal candidate should have;
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (2 years), preferably in the cannabis industry or;
- Previous experience in stock and inventory tracking.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations.
All candidates must;
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be compliant with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales.
- Have availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
