Feste is a boutique retail store with a selection of curated party supplies that help bring ease and fun back into planning a gathering big or small. We offer a unique take on party supplies with a-la-carte offerings that can stand alone when hosting or are the perfect add-on to any scene. In addition to product, Feste offers lifestyle services such as floral arrangements, workshops, and event consultations. We are a one-stop shop for hosting and getting together.

Our Sales Team is responsible for creating a fun and playful environment and drives sales by taking a lifestyle approach to the retail experience by engaging and inspiring our customer while focusing on their team’s development and growth. The Sales team sets the culture for our guests by being: joyful, supportive, authentic, inclusive, thoughtful, innovative, and entrepreneurial. Must be comfortable with both selling and operations.

The Sales team supports service, selling and business operations to achieve an inspiring and engaging store environment. Providing exceptional customer care, you will support our guests by providing all hosting essentials, ready-to- party scenes, and curated tabletop assortment. You will have an active role in driving our brand initiatives, engaging and educating our customers on our event planning and customization services, including a floral shop, balloon bar and program of workshops. You will partner with the rest of the sales team, fostering a culture of community, trust and support. You will support leadership in building a customer loyalty program, engaging in long term customer relations and establishing hands on personal shopping.

Weekend and Holiday Availability required

Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day

Must be comfortable lifting 25 lbs

Must be comfortable in a dog friendly shop and working with flowers, balloons, and an ever-changing event environment
