A Shop of Things is seeking fun, professional and experienced sales staff to join our team!

Compensation $20/HR DOE plus benefits
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greeting and engaging with all customers
Restocking the sales floor
Merchandising product
Stock counting
Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom
Processing incoming shipments
Ringing out clients at the POS
Recording daily sales, data, analytics, and metrics
Skills required:
Loss Prevention: Monitor and escalate loss prevention matters accordingly.
Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks to meet goals efficiently.
Problem Solving Skills: Capacity to identify and resolve problems independently.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to interact with team members and customers.
Teamwork: Ability to contribute and work well with others to accomplish goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Open Availability
1-2 years of retail experience
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be comfortable working on your feet for 8 hours a day
