A Shop of Things is seeking fun, professional and experienced sales staff to join our team!

Compensation $20/HR DOE plus benefits
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Greeting and engaging with all customers
-Restocking the sales floor
-Merchandising product
-Stock counting
-Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom
-Processing incoming shipments
-Ringing out clients at the POS
-Recording daily sales, data, analytics, and metrics
Skills required:
-Loss Prevention: Monitor and escalate loss prevention matters accordingly.
-Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks to meet goals efficiently.
-Problem Solving Skills: Capacity to identify and resolve problems independently.
-Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to interact with team members and customers.
-Teamwork: Ability to contribute and work well with others to accomplish goals.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Open Availability
-1-2 years of retail experience
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must be comfortable working on your feet for 8 hours a day
