Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Online Sales Staff to manage our online sales channels, engage with potential customers, and drive sales for our Indian ladies' clothing and jewelry collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Indian fashion.
Responsibilities
Online Sales Management:
Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat, email, or phone.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports.
Customer online and store Engagement
Should have comprehensive understanding of Indian clothing and jewelry product lines.
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends in Indian wear.
Marketing Support:
Assist with social media posting and engagement to promote products.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Understanding of Indian clothing and jewelry product lines.
Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, social media, and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
