Sales Professionals hold the critical position of embodying the Astro Gallery brand. They make each and every customer interaction an extraordinary experience. We are looking to hire a Luxury Sales Professional - someone who is an excellent communicator and brand ambassador conveying his or her passion in every conversation.

Developing client relationships and exceeding sales expectations is the type of skill set we are looking for. The love of building his/her own business by developing client relationships and exceeding sales plan is first and foremost in our sales professional's skill set.

Responsibilities

Sales - Cultivate new and existing customer relationships.

Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.

Capture customer data.

Elevate store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to every customer.

Demonstrate passion for our products during each sale.

Follow through with those customers who need extra care.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality).

Proven track record in achieving sales results.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to work with a diverse client base.

Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in multiple languages.
