We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our Bronx-based warehouse and logistics, while also managing marketing efforts and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Logistics Management:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Bronx warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely shipping, and efficient logistics processes.

- Oversee shipping, receiving, and customer returns, including handling customer inquiries and refunds promptly.

Marketing & Influencer Co - Management:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage influencer/creator partnerships, social media strategies, and content creation.

- Provide oversight and direction to virtual assistants handling outreach, campaigns, and marketing tasks.

- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow the business.

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, sending of contracts, overseeing documentation, and organizing internal systems.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records, and manage communications with external partners and stakeholders.

- Handle customer service inquiries as needed, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong background in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

- Solid understanding of administrative processes, data entry and marketing support.

- Ability to manage marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and provide direction to marketing team members.

- Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking and handling complex tasks.

- Strong communication skills for managing both internal teams and external customer relations.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in logistics and supply chain management, warehouse operations, and customer service.

- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, content creation, and influencer marketing.

- Administrative expertise, including managing schedules, records, and communications.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
