We’re looking for a part-time floral assistant / junior designer to join our growing team at Hibiscus Flowershop!
We are looking for someone with
- Prior floral experience (school-trained, event, retail, or studio background preferred)
- Is creative, dependable, and proactive with a strong eye for detail
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy floral holidays
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Maintaining the shop’s appearance and keeping things organized
- Opening and closing the shop 2–3 days a week
- Must have flexibility around major floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)

Delivery Driver Needed – Hibiscus Flowershop (Located in Brooklyn, NY))
Hibiscus Flowershop is seeking a reliable delivery driver to help bring our floral arrangements to customers across the city.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver floral orders locally (Brooklyn) and non-locally (Queens, Manhattan, Bronx)
- Handle flowers and arrangements with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
- Communicate with the shop team about delivery timing and logistics
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to drive safely and efficiently in NYC traffic
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Preferably based in Brooklyn so easy commute to the shop to pick up orders
- MUST HAVE own vehicle
Hours:
- Flexible, on-call basis depending on daily orders ( You will be contacted day before about upcoming deliveries or early same day to ensure you have enough time to pick up from the shop )
- Pick-up at the Flowershop can vary from ( 2PM - 4 PM )
