Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to enhance shopping experience.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand, products, and collections.
Assist customers in selecting merchandise and offering styling advice.
Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective techniques.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization for optimal shopping environment.
Engage in physical tasks (i.e: standing for a long period of time, must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. etc.), and all facets of retail operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese and other languages a plus.
Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.
