Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including order processing, returns, receiving, safety protocols, staff supervision, equipment maintenance, and documentation.
Ensure efficient operations by implementing and enforcing warehouse policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular physical counts and data reconciliation.
Lead and manage warehouse staff and truck drivers, fostering a productive work environment.
Prepare and manage documentation for shipments and deliveries.
Coordinate delivery truck operations, assist with unloading, and handle vendor deliveries.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Assist in the picking, packing, unpacking, and storage of goods.
Secure the warehouse at the end of each day.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse management.
Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
High school diploma required.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
Intermediate proficiency in computer skills.
Experience with inventory control systems.
Skilled in operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
Physical ability to lift 25 lbs., kneel, bend, reach overhead, climb, squat, and stand for extended periods.
Excellent organizational and delegation skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
