A fantastic new high volume wine and spirits store is seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable General Manager to oversee day to day operations across multiple departments and programs.
Joes Wine Co is located in the heart of the East Village just off Union Square on 3rd Avenue and 14th Street.
This role will be heavily customer facing while assisting day to day operations, customer interactions, wine and spirits sales with oversight across marketing, sales, programming and operations.
Necessary experience in the following includes:
- Prior management experience of teams 10-20 people in the hospitality, retail wine & spirits industry.
- Industry experience of operations across on and off premises wine and spirits. Preferably high level restaurant or retail programs.
- Knowledge across the branding marketing of wines and spirits.
- High level customer experience and hospitality.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Microsoft excel, word, power point
Experience with Square POS a plus
