Audio-Visual Technician New York Metropolitan and Tri-State area.
The Audio-Visual Support Coordinator will be a member of Pinnacle Labor delivering
exceptional service at our client locations.
Pinnacle Labor is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, experienced Audio-Visual Technicians
to assist in the setup, operation, and strike of basic to intermediate equipment for corporate
settings and breakout rooms. Candidates should be comfortable taking direction and
communicating with clients onsite to provide flawless meetings and events.
The position of Audio/Visual Field Technician requires flexibility in hours available for work, including
evenings and/or weekends. The position is a full time, hourly position with a great opportunity to learn a

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A current and valid driver's license
Minimum of two-three year audio-visual experience, preferably in a corporate
environment or similar market.
Minimum of two-three year of experience working with audio and video equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Basic computer skills required.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. consecutively

Job Duties:
Setup and operation of A/V equipment in a corporate meeting environment or similar
markets.
Ensure that complete customer satisfaction is achieved and is accountable for all
inventory.
Additional responsibilities include quality control and repair.
Possess a full understanding of all areas of the A/V field including but not limited to:
Projection systems / display devices
Switching / routing / interfacing technology
Videoconferencing & Audio-conferencing technologies
Capable of wiring and rewiring AV racked equipment for servicing and replacing.
Problem solving and troubleshooting of any issue that may arise during an installation
Interaction with clients, general contractors, electrical contractors, etc.
Position reports to Lead Technician
Ladder work and cable pulls/drops
Digital signal processing configuration
Video processing configuration
General system configuration
Hanging / configuring displays
Understanding and implementing signal flow / connectivity for integrated audio and
video systems
Travel to client sites
