Looking to hire Shift Supervisors for a NYC Downtown Residential Complex to enforce the clients house rules and company General Rules and Regulations.
Your duties include: writing reports, supervise your staff, communicate to the resident manager and our operations manager. Handle complaints, communicate and work with local law enforcement to maintain peace and quiet on private property. We prefer if you have Supervisor Experience (it doesn't have to be in this field) but it is not required.
Requirements:
NYS Guard License OR 8 hour pre-assignment and 16 OTJ certificates
VALID NYS ID Card
High School Diploma or GED,
Social Security Card,
5 year employment history, all references will be verified, before you are hired.
Excellent writing and communication skills, supervisory experience a PLUS.
