The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a strong work ethic, who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing clients through high-touch outreach, lead generation, and client engagement. You will be part of one of the largest wealth management groups with 50+ years of experience, and over $500mln AUM. As the first line of communication with current/prospective clients, the ideal BDA has strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of our process and ideal client candidates.
Responsibilities
- High volume outreach to affiliates and prospective clients
- Generate and solidify appointments for partner advisors
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent client service
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes
- Document activity using our firm wide CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Desire to have results driven bonus and compensation incentives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software (Training will be provided)
