Telecom Solutions Advisor.
We are currently training in field all new agents, one on one, from Now - Spring. Agents will eventually work independently with fellow agents after training.
Expectations;
Agents are expected to work minimum 4 days a week, while in training, two days with Senior management and two days with fellow agents.
Responsibilities:
1) Participate in meetings ( as directed by management ) for product knowledge, performance reviews and goal setting.
2) Fully comprehend product and services to satisfy client questions and promptly follow-up on leads
3) Secure relationships with existing clients by contacting them about existing products/services; as well as assessing their needs for additional features and upgrades.
4) Prospect for potential clients and establish relationships using various direct methods such as calling and in person meetings.
5) Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
6) Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions.
7) Provide feedback to company management on competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
8) Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity ( including professional dress code)
9) Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
Job Requirements:
