Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales and Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by effectively communicating with potential clients, closing sales, and providing accurate, detailed estimates for projects.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service
Close sales by understanding client requirements and presenting compelling solutions
Provide professional and accurate estimates for projects, considering all aspects of the work involved
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure estimates align with project specifications and client expectations
Follow up with clients to answer any questions and address any concerns
Maintain a detailed record of all client interactions, sales, and estimates
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, renovation, or interior design industry
Strong estimating skills with the ability to provide detailed and accurate project costs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM systems, estimating software)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
We would prefer if the candidate have their own vehicle as he or she will be going to the client's house to do appointments.
