We’re looking for a motivated Online Sales Representative to join our team and help manage our online listings across multiple platforms, including eBay, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace. This position is on-site at our facility and involves hands-on work with our inventory.
Schedule: Flexible — 4–5 days a week (hours may start lighter while learning the position)
Pay: $17–20 per hour, based on experience (evaluated during interview)
Responsibilities:
Photograph and post items online to various platforms (eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally
Provide great customer service — clear communication and follow-through are a must
Remove or update listings immediately once items are sold
Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel
Help organize and track inventory in the facility

Comfortable working independently and staying organized
Familiar with online selling platforms (experience posting or selling items online is a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
