The Field Sales Representative is responsible for working closely with B2B customers to establish a partnership with our brand that will increase their revenues and traffic as our brand surpasses all the competition. This person plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing outside sales of our Plant-Based Energy Drink to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Acquisition of new leads through visiting & pitching to retail operators as well as cold calling. ( We will provide all Leads)
Directly communicate with prospects to understand the customers’ needs and look for sales.
Negotiate and close sales with new and existing customers, while delivering excellent customer service and creating positive business relationships that enhance repeat business.
Responsible for meeting weekly, monthly, and annual quotas set by Leadership.
Responsible for maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Must be willing to become a subject matter expert of our product category as well as understanding our competitors’ products, pricing, and market conditions.
Collaborate with marketing team to grow brand awareness to increase further sales.
Opportunity to travel to trade shows and conventions to meet and greet customers.
Must have Driver License (Company Vehicle Will be provided)
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum one year experience in a related sales position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong sales and listening skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Active, reliable, self-motivated, flexible personality with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
Team player with willingness to help cross-functionally as needed.
Ability to complete a multitude of tasks related to the operation of a busy business, meeting tight timelines.
