About the Role
Code 1 Solutions is expanding our Armored Tactical Division, specializing in BR4/BR6/BR7-level armored SUVs and specialty protection platforms for law enforcement, federal agencies, and private security clients.
We’re looking for a high-level Outside Sales Rep who already has strong relationships in the public safety / government / security world. Someone who can walk into a precinct, agency, or security director’s office and already know who to speak to and what to say.
If you have an existing network — we will pay a premium for it.
What You’ll Do
Hunt, develop, and close new armored vehicle clients
Leverage your existing contacts in PD/FD/EMS, federal agencies, private security, or corporate EP
Build relationships with decision-makers, procurement officers, and agency leadership
Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach → discovery → spec review → quoting → close
Conduct on-site demos, meetings, and high-level presentations
Maintain proactive follow-up and accurate CRM notes
Represent Code 1 Solutions with professionalism and discipline
What We’re Looking For:
You already have a network in government, law enforcement, fleet, or security
3–5+ years experience in high-value sales
Experience in one of the following is a major plus:
Armored vehicle sales
Tactical / law enforcement equipment
Municipal fleet sales
Body armor / ballistic equipment
Executive protection
Ability to run a long sales cycle and navigate multi-stakeholder deals
Strong communication, emotional control, and follow-through
Valid driver’s license
We are not looking for beginners or people who need hand-holding.
We want a closer with discipline, confidence, and presence.
Compensation (Premium Structure for Networked Reps)
Base Salary: $55k–$70k (higher for reps with established contacts)
Commission:
1-4%
