We are currently looking for reliable Stock Replenishment Associates to visit our retail partners, track inventory levels, and ensure shelves are fully stocked with the products they need.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit designated retail locations to assess the current stock levels on shelves.
- Take accurate inventory of products and identify items that are low or out of stock.
- Write and submit orders for products that need to be replenished, ensuring the shelves are well-stocked at all times.
- Work closely with retail store staff to understand their inventory needs and product preferences.
- Ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Report any issues or discrepancies with stock levels to the warehouse or sales team.
- Assist in tracking product performance and trends to help optimize inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by fostering strong relationships with retail store employees.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with retail staff and internal teams.
- Previous experience in inventory management or retail support is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move product when necessary.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Car and flexibility to travel within a designated region is a must
