Sales Associate Duties Include:
Selling jewelry in retail store
Negotiating deals with clients
Closing buy and pawn transactions in a professional manner
Performing opening and closing store procedures
Maintain relationships with customers to generate new and repeat business
Job Requirements:
Sales Associates must be self-motivated and outgoing. You must be able to work well independently as well as with a team.
Requirements for the Customer Service Retail Sales Associate role include:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Jewelry industry experience a big plus
Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to the customer
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, or electronics, a plus
Sales background, a plus
Bilingual, a plus
