The US subsidiary of a large European Group manufacturer of high end products for the Cosmetic Market is looking to hire as soon as possible de Sales and Marketing Assistant.
Position is based at their Manhattan Office opened over 50 years ago.
The Sales & Marketing Assistant is maintening strong link between customers, sales lead, technical and marketing departments. Based in our NYC office, this position operates in a dynamic multicultural environment, reporting to the VP of Beauty Sales.
Responsibilities include follow-up of sales leads, update of sales force tool (Glass Force), preparation and coordination of price offers with support from our global plants.
Key duties encompass responding to product inquiries, quotations, sending samples, and follow-up of Beauty projects as well as assisting the VP of Sales and Marketing Beauty in various marketing and sales related activities, with varying degrees of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
BA in Business plus Minimum of 2 years+ of experience same capacity preferably within the Beauty/Packaging industry.
Proficiency in French is required.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Previous customer interface and customer service roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM tools such as Sales Force is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and quality; ability to multi-task
. Previous project management skills.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated strategic thinking abilities.
Independent, able to work without constant supervision.
Experience with Linked-In and other social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook are a plus.
