DTS Marketing Group serves as the recruiting arm for Alternative Funding Solutions (AFS), a leading provider of debt and lending solutions for businesses. Based in the heart of New York City, we specialize in offering businesses lines of credit and debt consolidation solutions.

At AFS, we provide warm leads of businesses actively seeking financing or those looking to consolidate multiple loans. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in engaging with these leads and helping businesses secure the funding they need.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, making approximately 500 calls per day to businesses from our database of warm leads. Your goal will be to close deals that lead to successful funding or debt consolidation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make approximately 500 outbound calls daily to warm leads.

Engage with business owners actively seeking financing solutions.

Close 2 to 5 deals per week on average.

Earn $1,500 commission per closed deal, with no cap on earnings.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with no base salary. On average, our full-time SDRs earn between $3,000 and $7,500 per week, depending on performance.
