All-City Sketchers is a BIM-engineering company headquartered in Westbury, NY. Our main services are Field Surveying I Scan to BIM I BIM Modeling I BIM Coordination I Shop Drawings and As-Built documentation for construction projects. Our main clients are contractors and general contractors. We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and creative candidate to join our team as a Sales Specialist, who is ready to contribute to our common goals.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting Construction Job Sites and meeting with potential clients there.
- Attracting new clients through cold calling and emailing.
- Developing partnership relationships.
- Analyzing client needs and offering solutions based on BIM technologies.
- Working with decision makers to create package solutions for customer projects.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of the company's services.
- Personally handling all details of each new client proposal from first contact to contract completion.
- Maintaining sales reports and analyzing results.
- Participating in exhibitions and industry events.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B / construction industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills / Wishes:
- Higher education in engineering, architecture, management, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of the construction and engineering services market in the USA.
- Knowledge of BIM technologies and their applications in construction and architecture.
- Existing client base would be a significant advantage.
- Experience of working with General Contractors, Construction Management firms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred
- Prior field experience not required, but preferred
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; 8 am - 5 pm NY.
Job Type: Full-time, averaging 40 hours per week
