THE ROLE:

Smarter Energy Services is currently seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join our team in a full- time sales position here in NYC.

This is an in-person (not remote) role, based in our Brooklyn office.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in solar sales and familiarity with different CRM/Leads management platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solar Sales Consultants will be responsible for generating new business for both residential and commercial rooftops and/or community solar.

To INCLUDE:

Inbound Leads Management (CRM)

Over the phone sales consultations

In-person Sales Appointments

Leads Generation

Closing New Customer Accounts

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM of 1-year solar sales experience

2+ years of overall sales experience

CRM software experience: preferred, but not required History of proven sales success

Multi-lingual; preferred, but not required

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary Ranging from ( $40,000 - $48,000) plus UNCAPPED Commission
