Full-Time Leasing Consultant (67367)Job DetailsJob Location The Reserve - New York, NYPosition Type Full TimeEducation Level Not SpecifiedTravel Percentage NoneJob Category SalesDescription The Full-Time Leasing Consultant will be responsible for providing a positive community experience to residents and effectively market and lease apartments to prospects, while building and developing a professional foundation to launch their career.What You'll Do: Assist with planning and hosting of resident eventsWrite up and file service requests from residents upon receiptContribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas and modelAssist residents with the move-in and move-out processesAssist in the performance of the turn processAdhere to the Peak Science of Service StandardsAdhere to Peak policies and proceduresGreet prospective residents and show model, market ready units and common areasAssist prospective residents with completion of online applicationRespond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours following the guidelines outlined in the training materialsContribute to optimizing occupancy while maximizing leased rentUtilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and work to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentagesMaintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitionPerform various administrative tasksAssist with market surveys, as neededCollect deposit and/or fees associated with move-inAccurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperworkMaintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessaryInspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-inWhat You'll Need: 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience highly preferredStrong communication skillsHigh energy with a desire to work in a fast-paced environmentA desire to help others and impact your communityAvailability to work evenings and weekends as requiredProven ability to demonstrate and embody Peaks MindsetsAbility to read and write English fluentlyProven ability to demonstrate Peaks MindsetsWhat You’ll Get:Up to 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave + Free Year of DiapersHousing discount (varies by property) 15 days of PTO + 2 additional Me Days401(k) Match Commitment to leadership training and growth opportunitiesAdditional rewards and recognitionWho We Are: PeakMade Real Estate is an Atlanta-based company that specializes in the management and development of off-campus student housing, multi-family and build to rent communities across the US.
