THE ROLE
As a Junior Talent Manager, you are being trained to become a full-spectrum manager or a specialist—your choice.
You can focus on:
Actors (Film, TV, Theatre)
Television & Series Talent
Literary (writers, directors, creators)
Producers & project packaging
Influencers & digital creators
Or a hybrid lane you design yourself
You are not boxed in.
You are not capped.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, manage, and grow talent rosters
Develop submission and career strategies
Communicate with casting directors, agents, producers, and buyers
Scout and sign talent
Coach clients on branding, positioning, and market fit
Track auditions, bookings, negotiations, and deal flow
Participate in packaging, capital raising, and project development
Operate like an owner, not an assistant
THE JUNIOR PARTNER PROGRAM
This role is a prove-yourself track.
High performers qualify for:
