Creative Outreach Coordinator

Great creative work begins long before a project is awarded. Our studio creates original music and audio for advertising, branded content, and visual storytelling — and we’re looking for someone who understands that outreach isn’t “sales,” it’s connection.

We’re hiring a Creative Outreach Coordinator to help identify opportunities, support early creative conversations, and build relationships with agencies, production companies, editors, and post houses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Research agencies, production companies, editors, and creatives

Track projects, trends, and opportunities in the industry

Build and organize outreach lists and communication pipelines

Send thoughtful, personalized outreach (not mass emails)

Share reels and work samples with context

Support early-phase creative development and light coordination

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED

Interest or experience in production, advertising, music, post-production, or media

Strong communication and organizational skills

Curiosity, cultural awareness, and proactive follow-through

Understanding of how agencies, directors, editors, and producers collaborate

A mindset of creative strategy, not sales

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

Not cold-calling

Not aggressive outreach

Not corporate sales

Not a producer role

DETAILS

Part-time / freelance

Flexible schedule

$20–$30/hr depending on experience

Great for early-career creatives who want to learn the industry

Work directly with the studio’s founder
