We’re an independent studio specializing in original music and audio for ad campaigns, branded content and visual storytelling. We’re looking for a part-time Industry Outreach Specialist to help us build and maintain relationships with agencies, production teams, editors and creative contacts.
This is a freelance role with flexible hours and the potential to grow depending on fit and interest.
What You’ll Do:
Reach out to creative teams, producers, editors and agency contacts
Track, organize and maintain ongoing conversations and leads
Identify potential opportunities across agencies, post houses and content studios
Support light project coordination as creative work moves forward
Prepare and share work samples, links and materials.
What Helps You Succeed:
Experience or familiarity with advertising, production, post-production, or media
Strong communication skills and comfort initiating conversations
Organized, reliable, and proactive about follow-up
Awareness of culture, storytelling and how creative work is made
Interest in music, audio or sound design (a plus but not required)
