Seeking a carpenter - who understands plumbing / electrical- tile installation- painting - and plastering/ painting.
Must be able to speak some English.
Spanish-speaking, Russian or Polish-speaking applicants are preferred due to existing employees on the team of subcontractors.
Must be able to work two Saturdays a month - and MUST HAVE 40 hours- OSHA card - and have a car and license. Some travel- to CT 3 times a month.
THIS IS NOT A SUPERINTENDENT POSITION- we build ground-up developments.
