We are looking for an experienced Entry Door Installer (subcontractor) to lead the installation of custom wood doors, with a particular emphasis on historic retrofits.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in door installation, particularly in installing doors in older and historic properties. This role requires precision, patience, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of historic structures.
This is a great opportunity for someone who works early hours and is available later in the day or on the weekends.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience installing wood doors, 8-10 feet in height, on historic properties.
Ability to complete door installation from beginning to end, closing out all punch list items.
Detail-oriented approach to work.
Must be considerate of historical structures.
Possession of a full complement of tools, including specialty tools.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills / ability to converse in English
