We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team immediately for an active project. We specialize in high-end commercial and retail interior build-outs in NYC.
What you’ll do:
-Oversee daily site activities and subcontractors
-Enforce safety and quality standards
-Coordinate inspections and site logistics
-Maintain the project schedule and 2-week lookahead
-Communicate directly with clients and the project team
What we’re looking for:
-5+ years of superintendent experience (commercial and retail interiors preferred)
-OSHA 62 certification
-Strong attention to detail and ability to hold trades accountable
-Solid carpentry background a plus
-Able to start immediately
