Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise messenger/porter staff and allocate workloads effectively
· Ensure smooth operation of facility systems (electrical, HVAC, sprinkler systems, etc.)
· Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
· Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate deliveries
· Oversee repair and installation activities
· Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including local, state, and federal regulations
· Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
· Experience:
o 3-5 years in facility maintenance (preferred)
o 2 years in management or supervisory roles (preferred)
· Certifications:
o G35 (Air Compressor), G60 (Torch Use), C30 (Supervision of Flame/Combustion Operations)
o Hazwoper 8-Hour Training (annual)
o Hazardous Waste Management 8-Hour Training (annual)
o DOT Hazardous Waste Training (triennial)
(If you don’t currently possess these certifications, we can help you obtain them through online classes within the first few weeks of employment.)
