We are seeking a Commercial Lead Baker to join our team! This role involves coordinating and overseeing all aspects of pastry production across multiple locations, including recipe development, ingredient sourcing, production scheduling, quality control, and team management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and master pastry recipes
Plan and schedule production to meet demand
Source ingredients and manage inventory
Enforce quality control standards
Oversee bakery production, optimizing efficiency
Supervise and train production staff
Ensure health and safety compliance
Qualifications:
8+ years baking commercial manufacturing factory mass production of desserts experience
5+ years managing a bake / production team
Familiarity with pastry production
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of baking techniques and safety standards
