Handyman - Plumber - Commerical Work (NYC, QUEENS, NASSAU)

Facility Management Company looking for Handymen - Plumber (New York City, Queens, Nassau)
We are a Facility Management company seeking experienced handymen that are looking for full time employment. Start part time and soon go full time. SERVICE CALLS DAILY
We currently service commercial stores in many areas. You must be willing to drive to any of these areas when needed.
Most of the work is relatively easy, jobs take about 3-6 hours and are at retail stores, though there are opportunities for larger jobs down the road.
Type of jobs you will get:
- Basic plumbing- flush valve replacement, faucet replacement, etc. - Basic electrical- changing light bulbs, etc.
- Carpentry – drawers, cabinets, shelving, etc
- Drywall- mostly patchwork to damaged drywall
- Flooring- repair loose tiles, laminate flooring, etc.
- Basic mechanical - general ability to solve problems that arise.
- Painting- touch up, matching colors, sheen, etc.
Prefer if you have your own truck and/or tools, but not necessary.
