We are not looking for someone that going to be watching the clock, sometimes it will go over an hour maybe 2. Sometimes will be a late night emergency 12-3 am which is rare but can occur

Summary
Handyman is responsible for making sure the company’s properties looks neat and presentable to the public. They
assist in maintaining the integrity and efficient operation of the properties and perform a variety of tenant services.
Responsibilities and Duties
Inspect all community spaces daily to identify problems , mechanical failure or breakdowns
Respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance services
Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required
Prepare units for move in
Test performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and ovens
Perform general maintenance and repairs on various structures, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
Respond promptly to service requests from management or clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Document completed work and report any additional needs or concerns to management.
Requirements
Ability to communicate well with property management and maintenance staff
Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, tenant service and efficiency
Must be reliable and professional.
