Necessary requirements:
Estimate job costs and profitability.
Review projects to determine budget, staffing and equipment needed, and create a working plan to keep projects on time and on budget.
Be able to establish and update a working project installation calendar, create delivery timelines and stage product for installation crews and subcontractors.
Procure materials and supplies from approved vendors.
Manage potentially difficult customer situations and respond to customer needs.
Manage crew paperwork relating to job costing.
