Responsibilities:
Perform alterations on men’s suits, tuxedos, shirts, trousers, and outerwear.
Provide expert fittings to ensure garments meet clients’ exact specifications.
Execute hand-sewing, machine stitching, hemming, tapering, and other tailoring techniques with precision.
Maintain high-quality standards in craftsmanship and garment presentation.
Collaborate with sales associates to ensure timely and accurate completion of client orders.
Manage alteration schedules and meet deadlines during peak seasons (e.g., weddings, holidays, prom).
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a tailor specializing in men’s formalwear and luxury garments.
Strong knowledge of tailoring techniques, fabrics, and garment construction.
Ability to perform detailed alterations with accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
