- patient: we do high end jobs and clients are demanding and changing their mind often , we are their to do whatever they want because they pay us, so we need to be polite and happily do the job.

We are over 24 years doing wood flooring jobs in NYC and we also have a store in Manhattan with wood floors and thanks to that we can provide steady job. We do mostly private client jobs , we do very little jobs for other contractors or developers.

work mainly in Manhattan and 5 boroughs. We install mostly prefinished floors : wide plank, herringbone, chevron. but also unfinished floors install as well. install subfloor plywood, self levelling, baseboard moldings and paint
Pay depends on experience and other important at work qualifications. also how much somebody can produce , if on time every day, if responsive , polite , etc . We can pay whatever you want but you need to be worth it.
