To deliver this we provide customer strategy, technology implementation, data solutions, business change management, user experience design and development, marketing activation and advanced analytics services to help clients achieve rapid time-to-value from Adobe technology. We’re looking for an Adobe Real Time CDP (RTCDP) Associate Manager to join our team help clients adopt the Adobe Experience Platform and support to business transformation. As an Adobe RTCDP Associate Manager you get what makes customer interactions tick – how we can gather the data in the moment to deliver the right message, or inform the right decision, where it’s marketing progressing customers from awareness to prospects, or cross selling to existing customers, or even informing sales or service about what the customers trying to accomplish. You understand that the best-looking app or website in the world is useless if it can’t leverage the data it needs to have a meaningful customer experience. Client's have come to rely on you for your expertise in getting the right data to the right app at the right time, every time. The Work:

Gather business requirements and help drive cross-solution business requirements documentation for the client’s use cases.

Build and advise customer teams on segmentation and activation best practices.

Work with clients, onshore and offshore development teams, and quality assurance teams to develop and deliver the solutions.

Work closely with the business stakeholders, enterprise architect, developers and testers in developing design and implementation artifacts

Participate in client facing meetings and documenting key decisions and action items

Serve as an overall lead to the offshore teams that are responsible for developing and testing the solution.

Keep informed of the latest technology trends for marketing automation marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform solutions and RTCDP.

Minimum of 1 year of experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

Adobe RTCDP Certification (Technical)

B2B and B2C experience.

You are proficient in SQL, Python, or an equivalent coding language for data processing and analysis.

Other Adobe Experience Platform product certifications; Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager.

Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record for delivery, ongoing operations, creativity and innovation.

  • The Clinical Data Reviewer (CDR) is highly specialized to perform clinical data review, most often in a submission timeline. The studies supported by the CDR are often, but not exclusively, complex comparative safety and efficacy (phase 3) trials that are high-enrolling and require robust data capture.
