ROLE SUMMARYThe Inflectra & Abrilada Franchise sLead has responsibility for managing the combined INFLECTRA and ABRILADA product franchises within US Specialty Care. INFLECTRA is the leading infliximab biosimilar in the US and is Pfizer's flagship biosimilar and ABRILADA is Pfizer's adalimumab, an interchangeable and recently launched biosimilar to Humira. With over $3B in gross sales and anticipated $315M+ net sales in 2024 for INFLECTRA, combined with a peak net sales of >$150M for ABRILADA, the I&I BSM portfolio is a significant revenue driver in the RHU/GI portfolio of US Specialty Care.The Inflectra & Abrilada Franchise sLead will be responsible for i) leading strategy to support the INFLECTRA performance and lifecycle and have significant visibility with leadership on INFLECTRA performance, issues management and innovative promotional concepts; ii) oversight on ABRILADA launch strategy, critically; payer access, brand adoption in a fiercely competitive & rapidly evolving market-space; iii) provide direct leading leadership of the I&I BSM team. This is a unique opportunity to gain and demonstrate highly visible portfolio, team & organization leadership, gain deep experience in brand financials, gross-to-net management, payer, channel and contracting strategy; and uniquely, work across the 'buy & bill' (Inflectra) and retail/specialty (Abrilada) market-spaces.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the I&I Biosimilars team and partner across critical functions in support of cross-BSM initiatives and portfolio-level priorities, including the long-term sustainability of the biosimilars market in collaboration with Global Policy & Public Affairs.

Develop and manage senior leadership portfolio performance updates and identify areas for leadership support or engagement; and engage cross-BU leadership (eg. Oncology BSMs) on key areas on intersection and needed alignment.

Lead INFLECTRA brand strategy to maximize net sales, drive growth in key channels, and identify ways to enhance gross-to-net to enhance profitability

Provide substantive oversight to ensure strong supply inventory and lead management of supply issues with a cross functional team (ie PGS, Finance, Global); ensure risk mitigation strategies and plans are developed and activated as needed

Act as US lead, in partnership with the global team, for the co-promote partnership with Celltrion, the manufacturer of Inflectra

Lead a cross functional team on key priorities for the brand, including with Market Access, Finance, National and Regional Account Directors, Policy, PR and others

Managing the Op Plan deliverables and related analyses and strategies for 2025-2027

Manage key creative agencies and consultancy firms to advance the brand's strategic and tactical plans and lead issues management (often high profile) with support from commercial leadership to support long-term sustainability.

Act as primary approver for all pricing and contracting offers in coordination with Market Access and Rheum/GI lead

Lead issues management for the brand with support from commercial leadership to support

Provide brand strategic and promotional guidance to customer-facing colleagues for INFLECTRA and& Abrilada, and collaborate with Sales and SCG leadership on portfolio CFC guidance as needed.

Lead transition-readiness with Celltrion and Pfizer as Inflectra the brand shifts to greater Celltrion responsibilities

Provide strategic team support in finding opportunities to accelerate Abrilada access

Lead a broad cross-functional partner team and direct team of 3+ colleagues (currently 3, with potential to grow).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required.

10+ years pharmaceutical experience, to include US market experience and the US payer/pricing landscape.

Demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills

Proven ability to lead through influence and manage complex projects

Demonstrated project management skills; ability to drive projects forward

Strong business acumen

Able to build and maintain productive/collaborative relationships

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to navigate internal organization/processes

Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of US commercial experience preferred

Biosimilars and buy and bill experience preferred

Prior team leadership

Deep experience of US payer and/or pricing landscape

In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
