Facilitate effective communication of the executive leadership's tone through targeted Executive Leadership Communications.
Focus on optimizing communication channels for our hourly manufacturing teams to ensure inclusivity and engagement.
Write employee stories and business successes through SiemensWorld, our internal news platform, and the monthly newsletter for managers.
Write, translate, and distribute Canadian communications into French.
Manage the Monthly Manager Newsletter for both the U.S. and Canada.
Coordinate virtual and in-person townhalls and employee events to foster a sense of community.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft impactful communications.
Proven ability to develop and execute creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication.
