One of the most critical drivers of this transformation is to create an industry leading end-to-end content supply chain that delivers excellence across 83 global markets and 4 unique market categories.As a result, the Content At Scale Team was created to offer marketers and medical a fit-for-purpose E2E content services. The Platform Operations Configuration Manager is a key member of the Global Content Platform Operations Team and will execute a spectrum of light-touch configurational services that adhere to standards and maximize the usability and adoption of E2E tools such as Adobe W/F, and AEM. This role will manage W/F templates, permissions, launch procedures and downstream integrations. This role will have a good understanding of tool capabilities, data flows and end to end integration of process through tools.As a content platform configurational service provider, this role will collaborate with peers and leaders from Digital, Biopharma Ops, and other CMO verticals to deliver operational enablement services including Reporting & Analytics, Workflow and process maintenance, System administration and Tool adoption & Usage monitoring.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides configuration services on all aspects of Content Platform ecosystems e.g. Adobe Workfrontcapabilities (Workflow, Reporting, Fusion, Project Templates, Data model, Workfrontconfiguration, etc.)

Provides expertise on configuration and automation work to maximize usability and adoption of E2E content tools

Ensures request tickets are appropriately updated and progressed through completion.

Provides overall reporting analysis for specific business needs - monitors reporting trends, adoption and usage

Intakes service requests and executesoperational procedures to fill high demand in Content Concierge services when needed

Applies light touch configuration and automation in Workfront and AEM to maximize usability and adoption of E2E tools

Creates and maintains a foundational catalog of reports and Dashboards in Adobe suite of tools

Provides guidance on creating report variation based on business need

Executes on clearly defined operational procedures to onboard new brands into Workfront and up/downstream systems

Develops workflow and process guidance for Adobe suite of tools (ie, User Lane tours)

Creates and maintains a catalog of Workfront project templates

Troubleshoots interpretation issues of reporting metrics

Records training demos of features for use in Stakeholder Engagement for Major & Minor releases

Leads unique and complex projects with influence across Biopharma Ops and CMO

Identifies multiple solutions or innovative options in solving highly complex problems with direct impact on CMO

Exercises foresight and judgment in making complex decisions. Acts independently on self-initiated projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and develop and coach others to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

BA/BS Required with 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry, or MBA/MS with 3+ years' experience preferably in Marketing and technical roles

Well experienced in operating & supporting Marketing content technology platforms

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Must have the expertise/agility to navigate beyond Workfront and AEM and support new processes and upcoming changes to builders, GCMA, mGCMA, etc. where needed

Proven track record of delivering business Services

Drive for optimization/excellence

Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences

Track record for being a strong team player

Demonstrated learning agility and ability to drive service completion in expedited timelines

Ability to address conflicts, and manage business stakeholders without direct authority and navigate effectively in a matrixed working environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Adobe products (Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and others) and/or expertise in content management systems and technology

Familiarity with operational processes and detailed content/production workflows

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $93,500.00 to $155,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $84,200.00 to $140,400.00.
