RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Android Developer in Lakeland, Florida (FL).
Summary:
The Senior Android Developer role is responsible for the delivery of reporting and analytics services offered through the Finance Sustainability Core. The overall goal of the Senior Android Developer is to facilitate the development and enhancement of data reporting assets such as dashboards, reports, and supporting services to help plan, perform, monitor, and improve work. The role will include digging deep into complex data to construct specific and defined measures, metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) which will support dashboard and reporting initiatives. This Developer will assist team in building standard templates and custom reports for these specific modules while acting as a backup for other modules, depending on experience, and certification.
Responsibilities includes:
Serve as the primary point of contact to executive sponsors for dashboard and reporting needs
Work with dashboard/report sponsors to gather requirements, document business processes and workflows, and explore potential solutions with the service delivery teams
Senior Android Developer will document clear and concise requirements ensuring descriptions are complete, consistent, feasible, traceable, and verifiable to support the completion of data related projects
Support business and technology teams to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner
Analyze and interpret business requirements into functional requirements and specifications that can be easily translated into technical requirements
Senior Android Developer will develop scope of works with service delivery teams
Work with the service delivery team to develop a proof of concept and validate with customers
Verify that the solution meets the business, compliance, and technical requirements prior to publication
Analyze and document business requirements and processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
3+ years of business analyst experience, project manager, product manager, portfolio manager
Proficient in Microsoft Suite required
Knowledgeable in health and finance -related topics, Peoplesoft, EPIC, and Tableau systems
Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work with all levels within the organization
Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Presents well with strong written and oral communication skills necessary to articulate complex themes in a simple manner
Well organized with strong attention to accuracy and detail
Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve services
Interpret business challenges, identifies improvement opportunities and recommends best practices
Able to recognize situations that may have cross-functional impact on the success of a project
Must be team oriented and able to communicate with diverse groups
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
Proficient with SQL, Agile/Lean Six Sigma/Scrum preferred
