We're launching a new business venture within an established company, backed by big ideas and strong support. The product we’re building believes that raw banking data offers everything needed to understand a business, and when structured and enriched correctly, it becomes a powerful asset for many B2B groups. As the Founding Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping both the systems we build and the way we work. This is a hands-on leadership role in a delivery-focused environment where you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing core systems, making foundational technical decisions, and laying down high standards for future engineers.You will work on a largely greenfield project, giving you a unique opportunity to influence architecture, tooling, and workflows. You'll work closely with key business and product stakeholders to deliver real value quickly, while ensuring scalability and long-term growth.What you’ll do:Migrate (and/or rebuild) the existing product stack and move it outside of its current infrastructure.Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks that best meet business objectives.Contribute to the product roadmap and assist in launching lightweight POCs to learn alongside customers.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies (including AI) and assess their potential impact on the business.Lead the technical design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.Ensure the technical feasibility of future product roadmap initiatives and contribute to the planning process.Drive the overall technical direction and vision for the business.
