Assisting in the planning, preparation, and maintenance of the department's budget which involve several funding sources.
Preparation of data for submissions to external and SUNY reporting structures.
Construction of the office production schedule.
Planning/managing coverage for customer service area.
Assisting with the scheduling and proctoring of exams in the Accessibility Resources Exam Center.
Representing Accessibility Resources in various capacities/committees while maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
Provide support in areas related to the Office of Accessibility Resources including the handling of confidential medical documentation, assisting in fielding student/faculty concerns, and responding to parental inquiries within the guidelines of student privacy laws.

Bachelor's degree
Professional or Paraprofessional experience working in higher education
Two years of experience with customer service
Preferred:
Two years of experience working with Banner software system or a similar student information system in student records
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written communication skills
Bilingual
Experience working with and serving diverse populations
