This position offers a chance to utilize your accounting expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll efficiently with 3+ years of payroll experience.
Use QuickBooks (2019 preferred) and Excel (Intermediate level).
Ensure payroll accuracy and troubleshoot errors independently.
Review daily field reports and handle certified payroll tasks.
Apply strong math and accounting skills to maintain precision.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 3 years in payroll processing.
Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is a must.
Traits: Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to identify and correct discrepancies.
Preferred : Certified payroll experience and familiarity with field reports.
