Here atQuickSTAT, our Jamaica/Queens/New York site is looking for a new Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.Your RoleAs a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues.Your Responsibilities
Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirements
Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures.
Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.
Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management team
Report to Air Logistics Healthcare Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm or 9pm-5am
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Aviation, or Business related major or equivalent experience
1+ Air logistics, Air Cargo or Airport Experience
