We are a construction management company seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for a secure facility renovation / ground-up construction project in Upstate New York. This is a full-time role, starting in 2026 with hiring now.
Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, enforcing safety, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates should have at least five years of supervisory experience in construction, preferably with jail or secure facility projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of New York State building codes. Military or law enforcement background is a plus.
